Is Border Wall A Cover For Russian Nuclear Subs In Gulf of Mexico?

Washington (Gallant Gold Media Hill Report | Opinion | April 6, 2019) –  As Russian collusion fever starts to escalate again, following a week of aggressive “collusion delusion” posturing by Trump, the one piece of the puzzle we must remember to factor into the equation is Russia’s monitoring of, and reaction to, the Trump|Russia election interference collusion political firestorm.

Is Trump intentionally trying to provide Russia cover to sneak undetected into the Gulf of Mexico and test their new stealth weapon systems, while Trump distracts the American public, and our military, by demanding all eyes be locked onto the southern border? And that troops be sent there as well. Staggering number of families destroyed, billions of dollars spent, endless hours debating whether a physical wall is logical or relevant in protecting the southern border from what amounts to a vast majority of asylum seeking women, children and families seeking safety and protection.

Since the wall along the southern border seems so pathetic and irrational, one can’t help but wonder what Trump’s ulterior motives might be? Distraction. Russian systems testing. A classic magic trick. It’s time to ponder the possibility.

“‘NATO members are alarmed by the growing threat from Russian submarines, and are investing more resources to deal with it,’ and Jorge Benitez, a senior fellow at the Atlantic Council who previously served as the lead on NATO issues for the Office of the Secretary of Defense. ‘Under Putin, Russia has deployed new, stealthier sumbmarines in the North Atlantic that are much harder for NATO navies to track.'” ~David B. Later, Defense News

Back in December 2018, there were a few weeks of twitter positings about the nuclear submarines that have been sneaking in and out of U.S. waters in the Gulf of Mexico for several decades.

Screen Shot 2019-04-05 at 11.11.44 PM.png

And then just a few weeks ago, more posts about the new Russian stealth nuclear subs being tested out in the waters.

Screen Shot 2019-04-06 at 1.22.19 AM.png

Perhaps there were several alarming issues that Mattis and Trump didn’t see eye to eye on, not just Syria. In fact, this nuclear threat is 1,000 times more alarming than the southern border. Why isn’t Trump concerned about this national security threat?

Screen Shot 2019-04-06 at 1.21.56 AM.png

Russia and Cuba have been allies since 1959, but in early November 2018 Russia and Cuba agreed to strengthen ties in 2019. Havana, Cuba is 90 miles from Key West. Russia is also bolstering relationships with other despots in Central America.

Screen Shot 2019-04-05 at 11.03.17 PM.png

Translation of Trump’s bizarre, dangerous, life-threatening policies often takes time and research. But now that this Gulf of Mexico/Russian sub scenario seems highly probable – and that when Trump rages about the southern border wall, Russia is likely maneuvering and testing in the Gulf of Mexico or vicinity – if we can begin to believe that this sequence of events might be accurate, it may help our military save time and money detecting our arch enemy. Perhaps Trump’s border wall tweets, and visits to the border states, can be used as an early detection warning for Russian testing off the U.S. coastline.

What’s Barr Up To?

Washington (Gallant Gold Media Hill Report | Opinion | March 30, 2019) –  During this short week, Barr and the Mueller Report and the public’s perception of both, now seem like a strange concoction of extensive facts outlining Russia’s meddling in the 2016 presidential election, extensive connections between Donald Trump, his children and the Trump Organization and Russia, the public’s perception of Trump’s connection to Russia, Trump’s bizarre behavior toward Putin including their secret meetings and conversations, all mixed together in a massive witch’s kettle.

HillReport3-30-2019.jpg

In less than a week, Bill Barr has sent three letters explaining and countering the Mueller Report:

After stirring everything together, around and around, and thrashing it out for six days, what do we get?

Screen Shot 2019-03-30 at 8.19.11 PM.png

Are we supposed to factor into the equation that Bill Barr began his career in public service with the CIA and served there for four years, from 1973-1977… the Watergate years and its aftermath? Does this have any bearing on the weird way this Mueller Report release is going down?

The one positive about Barr’s unbelievable summary that revealed “the investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities,” despite mountains of information in public domain that highlights the many strong connections between Trump, his business, Russian oligarchs and Putin, leaving any reasonable person to deduce that Trump indeed conspired with the Russians in the 2016 presidential election. Thus, it’s imperative we see the full Mueller Report so we have a better understanding of why Mueller concluded otherwise.

Screen Shot 2019-03-30 at 8.19.56 PM.png

Because Barr is an attorney, and worked for the CIA, we have to hyper analyze the words he chose to express his personal opinion about the Mueller Report in his summary. These may be tactical word choices. We’ll know more when we see the full report. But Trump will continue exploiting Barr’s phraseology to his benefit in the short term.

Screen Shot 2019-03-30 at 11.37.34 PM.png

The silver lining of Barr’s personal conclusion in his summary is that we’re safer right now because of the way Barr phrased his summary. Thus Trump’s white nationalist army didn’t feel compelled to retaliate and slaughter Democrats in the short term, the way they seemed to be plotting if the Mueller Report had immediately been released, and boldly stated that Trump had colluded with the Russians to win the 2016 presidential election.

Trump has spent two years heating up this fierce conflict into an intense, raging boil. The mystifying Barr summary seems to have defused the situation, thankfully.

Screen Shot 2019-03-30 at 8.20.50 PM.png

This being said, the American public needs to have the real facts, not selective facts that paint another picture. Has the public ever been this engaged toward a single issue? The internet didn’t exist during Watergate. We know too much to be told so little.

Faithful Trump Supporter’s Reaction To Barr’s Summary Texted To Die Hard Anti-Trump Friend

Washington (Gallant Gold Media Hill Report | Opinion | March 25, 2019) –  Some private texts are meant to be shared with the world, and this happens to be one of them. It sums up in a concise rage text, just how much negative emotions a work friend can harbor, never revealing the true depth of their contempt for a colleague being a Trump hater, when they personally believe Trump was sent by God to save the world.

The text, sent at the crack of dawn after the infamous Barr letter:
Good Morning. Not to be mean, but do you think Democrats and the media will apologize to President Trump for two years of lying about what was very easy to see was false – and thousands of false stories to support a false narrative, or will they pretend they were never wrong?

Again, I’m not trying to be mean, but most of what is happening, if it weren’t laughable, is just very sad. Most of what Mueller got people on, was that he didn’t like them, because they were Trump people. And he found crimes they committed five, ten, fifteen years ago. I think its highly disgusting the way that Mueller conducted this procedure.

People like Comey, McCabe, Clapper belong in jail.

I just think its disgusting how the media has lied and lied and lied and lied and the Democrats have lied and lied and lied and lied. I’ve been silent for a long time. I will be silent no longer, because I’ve been waiting for this day.

When the facts proved what all the Democrats have known all along that it’s a lie, a lie that they created with the media and a couple of never Trump Republicans. Never Trumpers. The whole thing to me is disgusting. What all those people did, was to destroy their own credibility. The political left and their obsession for false narratives.

CNN is a joke, except no one is laughing. The political left has pretty much killed much of what was once news. The whole idea from day one that Trump colluded with Russia was crazy. But Schiff and his crew created false narratives to fan the left. They knew it was false. A fifth grader would know it was false. Enough said. It’s all very sad how confused the left is, I mean the political leaders and media. I was no fan of the Special Council, but he made them look silly. I feel sad that American was duped by the media and the left. The people polarizing America who fight free speech are the left. The left own the issue of being the most intolerant.

In this new polarized America, with extreme emotions spilling forth through every available spigot, in reaction to each and every calamitous Trump tweet, Trump rally, Trump speech, Cohen’s public hearing, Matt Gaetz threat, Representative Shiff soundbite, Rachel Maddow show… perhaps it’s important for us to pause and try to understand why a “good person” can think someone as evil as Trump is a hero. The word that explains the phenomenon is cakeism (only seeing the good side, and then holding a blind eye to all the negatives, no matter how extreme).

It must have been a year ago that I advised the above work friend, to please never talk politics because our views were 180 degrees opposite, but instead show through his actions what his political positions were. So he was actually silent for an entire year. Thus, I can imagine how thrilling it must have been for him to hammer out a angry text bright and early this morning.

So now, since this is the voter we’re trying to guide towards the light in order to throw Trump out of office in 2020. What’s the brick road that will lead him there?

National Cherry Blossom Festival & Grim Mueller Report

Washington (Gallant Gold Media Hill Report |Perspective | March 24, 2019) –  This weekend, with the warmer spring temperatures finally arriving, and the cherry blossoms wrapping National Mall in a cheerful radiance, the breaking news that Mueller found no collusion between Trump and the Russians in the 2016 election felt like a debilitating blow, shrouding DC in a dark cloud despite the beautiful sunshine.

Click here to read Attorney General William Barr’s summary of the Mueller Report.

A vast majority were shocked by this seemingly incongruous outcome. Twitter was the platform for venting.

There are currently 200,000 tweeting about the Mueller Report, this number falling off a bit from the million who were tweeting in the late afternoon.

A universal consensus from Democrats, was that if there really was “no collusion,” then Barr should have no problem releasing Mueller’s full report.

Cakeism |Why Good People Support an Evil Leader (Trump)

Washington (Gallant Gold Media Hill Report |Opinion | March 19, 2019) –  This phenomenon that we’ve been witnessing for nearly three years now – friends, family and colleagues who we get along with very well, many of whom we even admire, supporting Trump, and we can’t figure out how they can be so blind – can be explained. Cakeism. We’ve seen it before. In fact, illustrations of this are everywhere. Securing a new credit card and jetting around the world. Buying a fancy car when the existing one only has $35,000 miles. Eating delicious cake. Cake is so delectable. Does anyone doubt this? It’s certainly my weakness.

“Let them eat cake.” ~ Marie Antoinette, 1789

When good things are good, they can’t be bad, right? Take low unemployment rate as an example. It’s certainly wonderful. No one can deny it. Who doesn’t love an excellent job market? I’ll take doubles, even triples. Trump announced at CPAC, that the unemployment rate is so low we don’t have enough skilled Americans to fill the open positions, so we need immigrants. Yes, Trump did emphatically state that we desperately needed immigrants, even though he’s demanding a wall to keep immigrants out. He clarified. According to Trump,  we need the right kind of immigrants.

Screen Shot 2019-03-19 at 8.26.56 PM.png

If a low unemployment rate is good, how can it be bad? Very easily. There’s always a downside to a short cut. Consequences are inevitable. Increasing our national debt by a trillion dollars a year, will lead to the death of America unless a fierce and noble leadership team steps in to quickly fix this disaster. Cutting environmental protections, as well as all the regulations that keep our landscapes and health safeguarded, will have very serious repercussions to our food supply, our tourism industry, and our physical well-being. Our crumbling infrastructure can’t be ignored.  Modernizing requires public funds. Taxes. The downside to our low unemployment will quickly become our worst nightmare in the not so distant future.

Cakeism. The belief that there’s only one side of the coin, the good side. The upside. The belief that there are never any consequences for bad decisions or short cuts.

Screen Shot 2019-03-19 at 8.27.52 PM.png

So yes, low unemployment rate is sensational, the same way chocolate ganache cake is to die for. We can absolutely thank Trump for this. Thank you, Mr. Trump.  But an increasingly polarized country, with the far right demanding a civil war (what they mean by this, is slaughtering innocent liberals and their families with assault rifles, the same way the New Zealand terrorist slaughtered innocent families at the Mosque) is a frightening traumatic reality. A corrupt cabinet that undermines our future. A president without a moral code, leading through fear, serving himself, bettering himself, at the expense of everyone else. Extreme weather conditions that will only grow worse, flattening towns, destroying thousands of square miles of personal property, killing thousands of Americans, eliminating our coastal communities and many of our most important military bases.

Screen Shot 2019-03-19 at 8.25.15 PM.png

Destroyed American landscapes. Unattended superfund sights. Gargantuan national debt. Crumbling infrastructure. An entire generation of undereducated. Alarming healthcare crisis. Our cherished institutions, the very pillars of our democracy, smashed. Extreme wealth disparity. Out of control white collar crime. This is just the tip of the iceberg.

HillReport3-19-2019c

“Excellence is never an accident. It is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, and intelligent execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives – choice, not chance, determines your destiny,” ~Aristotle, 322 BC

Excellence is what America has always reached for. Excellence has been our collective purpose for two straight centuries. Excellence is what propelled us to become a global titan. Excellence, not cakeism.

I’m sure many of us have family, friends and/or colleagues who’ve made comments to the effect, “I like a lot of his policies, but I’m not a big fan of Trump.” We can now simply reply, “Cakeism. The belief that you can have all the advantages, and never have to deal with the disadvantages.” Cakeism isn’t rational of course. Bad decisions will always have negative consequences, despite the momentary short term gain.

Trump Tweets | Covert Signals?

Washington (Gallant Gold Media Hill Report |Opinion | March 18, 2019) –  The horrific slaughter of 50 innocent lives in New Zealand on Friday March 15, 2019, by a proud white supremacist who pushed himself to the extreme far right online, and sought to thrill his fellow white supremacist comrades by filming the massacre live on Facebook, has made us question whether there’s a connection between Trump’s harsh rhetoric and the escalation of white nationalist violence.

The white nationalist toxic hatred for all non-whites has been building for two years, seething to the surface in Charlottesville on August 12, 2017, and then erupting out of control.

IMG_5447.jpg

The world was stunned by Trump’s refusal to condemn the white nationalist violence in Charlottesville on August 12, 2017, instead stating “You also had some very fine people on both sides.” This tone deaf remark, following the death of Heather Heyer, conveyed a strong subliminal message that Trump was supporting the white nationalist movement.

After learning that the white supremacist terrorist in New Zealand wrote a 74 page manifesto using the same rhetoric as Trump, this alarming concern that Trump might be inciting violence has to be addressed.

Trump’s tweets and inflammatory public statements are red flags. Michael Cohen revealed to Americans in his public hearing that Trump speaks in coded messages to avoid being accountable, just like a MOB boss. But his words are still triggers, regardless. During Trump’s bizarre two hour CPAC speech on March 2, 2019, he strongly referenced Make America Great Again, emphasizing the color red to such a troubling degree that many were concerned. One could’t help but wonder if he was emphasizing blood red as the reason why red is key. Trump appeared to be promoting violence by emphasizing the importance of (blood) red.

“The key is in the color. Make America Great Again. Right? Right?” ~ Donald J. Trump, March 2, 2019 | CPAC

Sunday March 17, 2019 | St. Patrick’s Day. So now, one can’t help but wonder if a tweet like this one on Sunday, is actually a coded message promoting more violence, especially since Trump posted the same tweet on Wednesday of last week, which was immediately followed by a violent hate massacre two days later. Coincidence or intentional?

Screen Shot 2019-03-18 at 9.10.17 PM.png

Wednesday March 13, 2019. And was this a trigger? After planning for two years, did the New Zealand terrorist perhaps see this Trump tweet one day, then strike the next?

Screen Shot 2019-03-18 at 9.11.58 PM.png

We need to track this. There doesn’t seem to be a cohesive strategy for preventing domestic terror attacks in the US right now. Is that intentional?

Trump’s Life History of Obstructing Justice

Washington (Gallant Gold Media Hill Report | Opinion | March 6, 2019) –  Trump’s “Teflon” image – the one where no matter what Trump does wrong (“I could stand in the middle of 5th Avenue and shoot someone and not lose voters”) results in nothing sticking – needs to be examined more closely. It holds the answers to the current tsunami regarding the Mueller investigation.

We can clearly see the many crimes/wrongs Trump has committed, against thousands and thousands, maybe even millions of people… yet nothing stymies Trump. He’s never held accountable. Never permanently sidelined. Never restrained in jail. Never even had to do community service. Trump manages to overthrow his enemies and opposers, and all the higher angels determined to keep the scales balanced, using one consistent dark tactic that’s become the cornerstone of his survivability through all of his twisted schemes.

Trump has mastered the art of obstructing justice.

It truly is an art. The Art of the Deal in fact. That is the deal. Trump’s deal making is a simple matter of force, intimidation and threats. Coercing the other party into accepting his warped, unjust offer.

Screen Shot 2019-03-06 at 10.02.13 PM.png

Merriam-Webster Law Dictionary, OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE LEGAL DEFINITIONthe crime or act of willfully interfering with the process of justice and law especially by influencing, threatening, harming, or impeding a witness, potential witness, juror, or judicial or legal officer or by furnishing false information in or otherwise impeding an investigation or legal process.

Trump has had several skilled mentors who were gifted at bestowing their nefarious ways upon their mentee: Roy Cohn, MOB Boss Nicky Scarfo, mobster Daniel Sullivan, the Russian MOB, Dictator Putin… to name a few.

Crimes that Trump has already succeeded at obstructing justice for (beginning in 1973, so that’s 55+ years of nothing sticking):

  • Money Laundering
  • Sexual Assault
  • Contract Disputes
  • Tax Evasion
  • Fraud
  • Perjury
  • Discrimination
  • Civil Rights Violations
  • Defamation
  • Ethics Violations
  • Inciting violence
  • Personal Injury
  • A total of more than 3,500 lawsuits

So back to the present. Trump has lost his tight inner circle of loyalists at the White House. The few advisors who remain are not loyal, so there’s no trust. Trump is now relying on his “gut” to run the country.  Trump’s core being, his gut, consists of 55 years of obstructing justice. He knows no other way. He’s not going to change. Live by the sword, be dethroned by the sword.

Using Correct Lens To See Trump Properly

Washington (Gallant Gold Media Hill Report | Perspective | March 5, 2019) –  The bewildering news that Trump’s approval rating is at 46% following Michael Cohen’s public testimony is so mind boggling that one can’t help but wonder what lens some are using to process basic facts. Only 16 million watched Cohen’s public hearing, perhaps this is what created the perception bubble, and has proven to be yet another example of how important it is to stay informed.

Let’s think back. The entire world was stunned on August 21, 2017 to witness President Trump stare at the sun without protective solar eclipse glasses, going against the advice of every single professional on earth who was advising the global population on the best and safest protocols during an eclipse.

So why did Trump ignorantly stare at the sun while being broadcast on live television?

A reasonable deduction is that it appears Trump was trying to guide his devoted base of supporters to follow whatever he says and does, no matter how reckless and dangerous.

Why would any American leader wish their supporters such harm?

Trump seems to emphatically believe that his followers are lemmings and will happily tumble off a cliff with him, and for him. Every single day of the year we see Trump fanning this fire, feeding the flames, tweeting out more and more delusional notions for his supporters to gobble up and use as their lens through which to view the Mueller investigation, the environmental crisis, global warming, the national debt, southern border security, the dramatic erosion of our global leadership, and cherished American principles,.

Meanwhile the rest of us are in overdrive, processing everything we see through our specialized lenses that reveal the hidden clues – glasses like those used in National Treasure to find the missing treasure.

Consuming just a fraction of what’s available, we arrive at a feeling of overwhelming indebtedness to so many faithful American leaders who have shared their invaluable and profound career insights through recently published books, regular op-eds, podcast interviews, public speaking events, which has resulted in the public who’s seeking the truth, being able to process many investigative dots in public domain regarding the Russia meddling in the 2016 presidential election, and the investigation into whether or not the Trump campaign colluded with the Russians. The following recent best-sellers are excellent source material for creating National Treasure style trick lenses:

  • A Higher Loyalty: Truth, Lies, and Leadership | James Comey
  • Russian Roulette: The Inside Story of Putin’s War on America and the Election of Donald Trump | David Corn, Michael Isikoff
  • Proof of Collusion: How Trump Betrayed America | Seth Abramson
  • Fear: Trump in the Whitehouse | Bob Woodward
  • Facts and Fears: Hard Truths From a Life In Intelligence | James R. Clapper
  • The Assault on Intelligence: American National Security In An Age Of Lies | Michael V. Hayden
  • The Threat: How the FBI Protects America In The Age Of Terror and Trump | Andrew G. McCabe

“Flashbacks to my earlier career as a prosecutor against the Mob. The silent circle of assent. The boss in complete control. The loyalty oaths. The us-versus-them worldview. The lying about all things, large and small, in service to some code of loyalty that put the organization above morality and above the truth.” ~ James Comey, ‘A Higher Loyalty’

It’s rare that this many have stepped up from leisurely retirement, and devoted so much of their time and energy to the public good. Surely it’s the same deep sense of duty that guided them throughout their careers. Duty, honor, sacrifice are so ingrained in their daily habits, it’s second nature. It’s doubtful we would have made it this far without their guidance.

“Surprising even themselves, they swung the election to a Trump win. To conclude otherwise stretches logic, common sense and credulity to the breaking point. Less than eighty thousand votes in three key states swung the election. I have no doubt that more votes than that were influenced by this massive effort by the Russians.” ~James Clapper, ‘Facts and Fears’

These weighty realities create very powerful perspective to view current events, on the eve of the Mueller Report’s releaseThe fact that some Americans are happy and willing to join Trump and stare at the sun during a solar eclipse without protective eye shields (apparently following Trump’s intentional secret coded message to do so), while the majority of us have followed intelligent suggestions and are using potent, specialized lenses that help see the frightening nuances of having a Mob Boss placed by the Russians as our US President, and Mueller writing a report about it… means that we unfortunately won’t interpret the outcome the same way.

This is extremely worrisome. It indicates that many of us who have GOP family and friends – family and friends who’ve slowly but surely refused to turn away from delusional perceptions – that we’re on different tracks, and will most assuredly veer that much further in divergent directions when we come to yet another critical fork in the road up ahead.

Do we recall the traumatic tsunami that struck Sumatra December 26, 2004? When the tide was swept out so far, and for so long… and the wise ones recognized what was going on, and immediately ran inland and took cover, while 227,898 others ran towards the suddenly vast and empty shoreline, plucking up unique shells they’d never seen before, smiling and delighted by the unexpected wonder of the phenomenon, only to learn later (fifteen minutes to seven hours later, depending on which coastline), the hard way, when their glee turned to despair as they were swept out to sea and died. Some of these destructive coastal waves were as tall as 100 feet.

The heartbreaking aspect of this horrible tsunami tragedy was that there was time for everyone to escape safely. No animals were killed during the tsunami. But the majority of those who died wouldn’t heed the warnings. They didn’t follow the advice of those fleeing. They weren’t open to another perspective about what was actually taking place.

Mueller, Trump, Russia | The Enterprise Theory of Investigation (ETI)

Washington (Gallant Gold Media Hill Report | Perspective | February 24, 2019) –  With the Mueller investigation wrapping up, and Mueller’s final report soon to be submitted to the Attorney General William Barr, Democrats and the American public have become worried that the report may not be released to the public, and we’ll instead have to settle for Barr’s summary, which has the potential to be very brief. In light of this possible reality, Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) recently introduced S236 Special Counsel Transparency Act, a bill that would require Barr to release Mueller’s full report to the public within two weeks of its completion. Blumenthal’s S236 has been referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee, chaired by Senator Lindsey Graham, for review, where it will likely die and never be heard from again.

Out of great concern that the full final report will most likely never be made public, we have to find an alternate path to uncovering as much information as possible about Trump Russia collusion, although aspects of the investigation will most surely remain classified, as should be the case considering Russia is a lethal enemy who plans to bring on our demise, and is still currently interfering in our democracy. But with so much information already in the public domain, which has resulted in a mountain of dots that we’ve been able to accumulate through:

  • countless news articles
  • best selling books
  • interviews
  • podcasts
  • Town Hall meetings
  • live video streams
  • youtube videos
  • public conversations

we the public have the ability on our own to fit together these puzzle pieces and finally comprehend the expansive breadth and depth of Russia’s interference in our election, and the Trump campaign’s collusion with Russia. With this many details though, and the landscape being as massive as it is, it’s been tricky connecting the many thousands of intricate pieces.

Right in time, fired FBI Director Andrew G. McCabe’s best selling book, The Threat: How the FBI Protects America in the Age of Terror and Trump, was released Friday February 22, 2018, and this has changed everything. We now have the framework we need to connect all the puzzle pieces. We can finally see the whole giant picture that previously had just been a jumbled mess of dots.

McCabe shares with the public detailed information about the FBI’s Enterprise Theory of Investigation (ETI) which appears to be the map Mueller has been using to investigate and prosecute Trump Russia collusion in the 2016 presidential election. The Enterprise Theory of Investigation is what the FBI uses to investigate and prosecute organized criminal enterprises such as the Mafia and Drug Cartels. ETI came to be following the U.S. Congress passing the 1970 Organized Crime Control Act which included the Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organizations provision (RICO). Once this unique investigative process was established, the FBI was able to succeed at bringing down organized crime syndicates.

Again, it appears that the map Mueller has been following with his investigation was the organized criminal enterprise road map, the ETI.

“The ETI encourages a proactive attack on the structure of the criminal enterprise. Rather than viewing criminal acts as isolated crimes, the ETI attempts to show that individuals commit crimes in furtherance of the criminal enterprise itself.” ~Richard A. McFeely, FBI Law Enforcement Bulletin

“Enterprise Theory is to investigation as grammar is to language. Without grammar, language would be a sprawling mush of verbiage.” ~ Andrew G. McCabe, The Threat

There are specific requisites for an organization to be deemed criminal by the FBI:

  • collection of individuals
  • with a hierarchy
  • participating in extensive criminal activity

Interestingly, the head of the crime organization doesn’t have to actually commit any of the crimes to be prosecuted for them. In fact, each member of the organization is guilty of all the crimes whether or not a specific individual was the one who actually carried them out.

Once it’s been established that the group is a criminal organization, the FBI determines the scope using historic and current evaluations. Association evidence is critical. From there, investigators:

  • follow the money
  • attack the flow of money
  • asset forfeiture
  • make use of money laundering statutes

The scope of the Trump Russian collusion to interfere in the U.S. presidential election and undermine our democracy is vast. The following is a list of those who have either been convicted, plead guilty or charged in the Mueller investigation:

  • CONVICTED: Paul Manafort
  • PLEAD GUILTY: Michael Cohen, Michael Flynn, Rick Gates, Alex van der Zwaan, George Papadopulous, Richard Pinedo
  • CHARGED/INDICTED: 13 Russian nationals & 3 entities, 12 Russian military intel officers, Konstantin Kilimnik, Roger Stone

To connect all these named criminals so that the jumbled collusion mess makes sense, the following short list of best-selling books contain thousands of dots of information that when read and plotted along the ETI framework seems to be the equivalent of what the Mueller report might have looked like.

If it turns out that Mueller’s final report isn’t released to the public after all, we’ll be okay thanks to the extensive reporting across more than two years, combined with the structure necessary to connect all the dots. Thus, it appears that Mueller’s report is already hiding in plain sight.

2012 GOP Emails | Have these been investigated? The prababilties

Washington (Gallant Gold Media Hill Report | Perspective | February 21, 2019) –  With the Mueller Investigation ending as soon as next week, and with the recent understanding that the GOP emails hacked by Russia but never released, were likely used to blackmail GOP leaders, particularly Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, and should be investigated. It seems that the most likely GOP emails hacked by Russia, emails that would make ideal blackmail material, are the ones from 2012, in addition to the time leading up to 2012 and year following.

On January 10, 2017FBI Director James Comey informed Senate Select Committee on Intelligence that in the spring of 2016, at the same time the DNC email servers were penetrated by Russian hackers, the RNC was also hacked, along with state level GOP organizations. Apparently, the RNC intrusion was an older server that was no longer in use, thus the emails mined were dated earlier than those confiscated from the DNC. No dates were shared with the public during Comey’s Intelligence hearing, other than Comey using phrases such as “not current” and “old stuff,” implying that the email dates were prior to January 2015. Coming using the words “state level GOP organizations” seems to imply GOP organizations connected with the presidential election, since these emails might be particularly inviting to Russian hackers, something we can identify with following the GOP stunts we learned of during the 2018 midterm elections.

Since the public is now fully aware of Russia’s laser-focus on U.S. presidential elections, it seems logical to hypothesize that Russia would hit pay dirt mining GOP servers from 2012 during Obama’s re-election campaign. In fact, Mitch McConnell appeared to be on a one-man mission to make “Obama a one-term president.” Further, 2012 was a very turbulent year, filled with numerous heart-wrenching tragedies that kept the American public riveted on the presidential candidate’s reactions to these emotional headlines as well as other big-named congressional leader’s responses.

If Russia wanted to blackmail GOP leaders, would they target Mitch McConnell? Yes, of course. Would they begin their search by Googling every major news headline of 2012, along with the search words “Mitch McConnell” and see what comes up? And then hunt for emails that add new meaning to the headlines? Most likely.

So what were the biggest news stories of 2012? Can Representative Adam Schiff of the House Intelligence Committee meet with the FBI behind closed doors to sift through these emails. Apparently, the FBI knows the dates of the stolen emails.

The following are several of the top 2012 new headlines that help paint a picture of what types of GOP emails Russian hackers may have uncovered during their deep dive into the RNC servers and several state GOP Orginizations servers:

  • Aurora theater massacre, July 20, 2012 |New York Magazine July 20, 2012, Twelve Killed, Dozens Injured in Midnight Massacre at Dark Knight Rises Premier in Colorado [Updated] –  “…’We were maybe 20 or 30 minutes into the movie and all you hear, first you smell smoke, everybody thought it was fireworks or something like that, and then you just see people dropping and the gunshots are constant,’ said witness Christ Jones, speaking to Denver ABC affiliate KMGH. ‘I heard at least 20 to 30 rounds within that minute or two.’ Eyewitnesses described Holmes as wearing a bulletproof vest…” Were the any emails between the NRA and the GOP following this horrific massacre.
  • Benghazi, September 11, 2012 |The Washington Times, July 19, 2016 Mitch McConnell brushes aside boos –  CLEVELAND — Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell launched an all-out assault on presumptive Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton late Tuesday and said the only way to repeal Obamacare, realign the Supreme Court and defund Planned Parenthood is to elect Donald Trump, even as members of his own caucus steer clear of the nominating festivities.Mr. McConnell brushed aside a cascade of boos from the convention hall and doled out a bit of payback for years of political jockeying with Mrs. Clinton and her famous husband, starting with their attempts to unseat him in Kentucky…” There are likely more than a million GOP emails on this subject alone.
  • Hurricane Sandy, October 29, 2012 |Huffington Post October 28, 2013, GOP Senators Who Opposed Sandy Relief  Aid Fundraise Around One-Year Anniversary Of Storm –  “Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and Sen Tom Coburn (R-OK) may have opposed Hurricane Sandy recovery funding, but that reportedly did not stop them from visiting the northeast to raise money on the eve of the disastrous storm’s anniversary…”
  • Obama re-elected, November 6, 2012| Time August 23, 2012 “…It reveals some of my reporting on the Republican plot to obstruct President Obama before he even took office, including secret meetings led by House GOP whip Eric Cantor (in December 2008) and Senate minority leader Mitch McConnell (in early January 2009) in which they laid out their daring (though cynical and political) no-honeymoon strategy of all-out resistance to a popular President-elect during an economic emergency. ‘If he was for it,’ former Ohio Senator George Voinovich explained, ‘we had to be against it.’ The excerpt includes a special bonus nugget of Mitt Romney dissing the Tea Party…” Millions of emails from McConnell regrading Obama. McConnell was the arch-obstructionist, Obama’s greatest nemesis.
  • Sandy Hook massacre,  December 14, 2012 |Boston Globe, April 10, 2013, Conley hits McConnell over gun control filibuster –  “Conley singled out the Republican senator from Kentucky on Tuesday and urged him to ‘stop playing games’ and allow a vote on the bill. McConnell has said that he would join a group of 13 other Republican senators to filibuster a gun control bill that Democrats plan to bring to the Senate floor Thursday.” Did Russian hackers uncover emails between the NRA, the RNC and McConnell expressing that if McConnell wanted any NRA money for his 2014 re-election campaign, he better filibuster the gun control bill, endorsed by traumatized Sandy Hook parents, that was proceeding through Congress. The majority of Americans can visualize these types of emails existing.

With the Mueller investigation concluding, Adam Schiff will now be taking the reins of investigating Russia’s meddling in our American elections, we must call congress and request that Schiff investigate the potential Russian blackmailing of GOP leaders in an effort to influence the American Legislative agenda.
